Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These terms apply to all services provided by SSH BULUT SUNUCU MERKEZİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. By using the service you accept them.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

1. Account

  • You must open an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for that accuracy; incorrect information is grounds for suspension.
  • Protecting your account and server credentials is your responsibility. Actions taken with your account are deemed to be yours. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access, notify destek@sshbulut.com without delay.

2. Acceptable use

You may not host the following content or carry out the following activities on your servers:

  • Any content contrary to applicable law; child sexual abuse material; publications involving terrorist financing, threats, insult or hate speech.
  • Content and file-sharing services that infringe copyright, trade marks or other intellectual property rights.
  • Sending unsolicited bulk electronic messages (spam); mailing lists without consent; use of forged sender information. Obligations under Turkish Law no. 6563 on commercial electronic messages rest with you.
  • Phishing, fake payment pages, distribution of malware, hosting command-and-control servers.
  • Unauthorised port scanning, brute-force attempts or denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against third-party systems, or facilitating them.
  • Configurations open to abuse, such as open mail relays, open DNS resolvers and open proxies.
  • On shared hosting plans: cryptocurrency mining, distributed computing, long-running high-resource background jobs, and use as general-purpose backup storage.

3. Resource use

Shared hosting plans are provided on a fair use basis so that the service quality of other customers on the same server is not impaired. For accounts that persistently push the limits of their plan, the Company may apply resource limits or recommend a suitable plan. On virtual and bare metal servers, the resources stated on the plan page are treated as allocated.

4. Consequences of breach

  1. Depending on the nature of the breach, a warning is issued first and a reasonable period is given to remedy it.
  2. Where the breach directly endangers other customers, the infrastructure or third parties (acting as an active attack source, hosting a phishing page, distributing malware), the service may be suspended without prior notice; notice is given as soon as possible.
  3. For repeated or serious breaches the agreement is terminated and no refund is made.
  4. The Company is obliged to remove content or block access when duly required to do so by the competent authorities.

5. Abuse reports

You can report abuse originating from our servers to info@sshbulut.com. Including the relevant IP address, domain, date and time and any log records speeds up the investigation.

6. Backups

Backing up your data is your responsibility. System backups taken by the Company are for operational purposes and do not create a backup commitment towards you. If you have purchased a separate backup service, the terms of that service apply.

7. Changes

The Company may update these terms. Changes that operate to your detriment are notified at least 15 days before they take effect, by e-mail or panel notice. If you do not accept a change, you may terminate the service before it takes effect.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Disputes are resolved as set out in the relevant article of the Distance Sales Agreement.
