Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on https://www.sshbulut.com and how to manage your preferences. It is prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law no. 6698 and Electronic Communications Law no. 5809.

This is a translation for convenience. In case of any conflict, the Turkish version prevails.

1. How consent is obtained

On your first visit a cookie preference notice appears at the bottom of the screen. Analytics and advertising cookies do not run until you explicitly allow them; closing the notice or continuing to browse does not count as consent. No request is sent to Google until you allow it.

Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer. Withdrawing consent takes effect from the moment of withdrawal. If this policy changes materially, your consent is reset and requested again.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the site to work, do not require consent and cannot be disabled.

3. Functional cookies

4. Analytics cookies

Google Analytics 4 is loaded only if you allow it, and is used to understand which pages are viewed and how often. If you do not allow it, the script is never added to the page. Declining does not affect your use of our services.

5. Advertising cookies

Google Ads conversion tracking runs only if you allow it, and is used to measure whether our advertising works. If you do not allow it, no advertising cookie is placed.

6. Other data stored in your browser

• sshb_cerez_onayi — the detailed form of your cookie preferences (local storage).
• sshb_duyuru_kapali — the list of announcement bars you have dismissed, so a dismissed announcement does not reappear. Held in local storage and never sent to the server.

7. Bot protection

Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the login, registration and contact forms. Turnstile does not place cookies and does not build visitor profiles. If the administration switches to Google reCAPTCHA, this section will be updated.

8. Payment pages

Card payments are taken on the page of a licensed payment institution. Cookies placed there are subject to that institution's own policy. Your card details never reach our servers at any stage and are not stored by us.

9. Your rights

In respect of personal data processed through cookies you have the rights listed in Article 11 of Law no. 6698. You may submit requests through the channels stated in the Data Protection Notice or to info@sshbulut.com. You can block all cookies in your browser settings; if you do, signing in may not be possible.
