Account security

Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are hashed with Argon2id, so they cannot be recovered even if the database is exposed. Sessions use a randomly generated token of which only the SHA-256 digest is stored. Changing your password signs you out on every device. Five consecutive failed sign-in attempts lock the account for fifteen minutes.

Payment security

Card details never enter our systems. Payment is taken on the licensed payment institution's own page or secure frame. We receive only the transaction result, the card brand and the last four digits.

Contact form

Submitting the form stores your name, email, optional phone and company, and your message, together with your IP address and the page you came from — used to prevent abuse and route the request to the right team.

Where data is held

Our application and database servers are located in Türkiye.

Changes

When this policy changes, the update date at the top of the page is revised. Registered users are notified by email of material changes.
